ServiceNow Admin
The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the platform. The administrator's primary responsibility is to maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments. The Administrator will collaborate with other administrators, developers, stakeholders, process owners, and the platform owner to manage incident support, lead upgrade planning and execution, manage instance security, and provide support to developers.
